I might vote Socialist/Green at the next Election ...

  • I might vote Socialist/Green because I believe oil companies profits of 4% on a litre of petrol are obscene, but my government taxing the same litre of petrol at 83%+ isn’t.
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because I believe my government will do a better job of spending the money you earn than you would.
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because I believe that people who can’t tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don’t start driving a Prius.
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because I think illegal immigrants have a right to free housing, health care, education, and welfare benefits – and the right to change our society to suit their cultural demands .
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because I believe that business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to my government for redistribution as we Greens see fit.
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because I believe unelected judges need to rewrite the our laws every few days to suit some criminal/rag head/alien
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because I think that it’s better to pay billions to people for their oil who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle or frog or even cause an earthquake.
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because I believe a ‘carbon neutral green economy’ will create jobs – even after Spain has proven the green economy destroys three times as many jobs as it creates and leads to 20 percent unemployment.
  •
  • I might vote Socialist/Green because my head is so firmly planted up my arse, it’s unlikely that I’ll ever see another point of view.

The only true wilderness is between the ears of those on the UK Opposition benches and the Coalition partners.
